Hyderabad, April 3, 2025:
The Office of the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana has officially announced the commencement of the 42-day Technical Teacher’s Certificate (TTC) Summer Training Course for the year 2025. This program is aimed at equipping eligible candidates with the necessary certification to become technical educators in various trades.

Course Schedule and Centers

The training will be held from May 1, 2025, to June 11, 2025 across five key centers in Telangana:

  • Hyderabad
  • Hanumakonda
  • Nizamabad
  • Nalgonda
  • Karimnagar

The program is meticulously designed to enhance the pedagogical and technical capabilities of aspiring instructors, providing them with structured training under the supervision of experienced professionals.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for admission, candidates must:

  • Be between 18 and 45 years of age as on April 17, 2025.
  • Have passed the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or an equivalent examination.
  • Possess one of the following technical qualifications:
    • A Lower Grade Technical Certificate Course (TCC) in the relevant trade issued by the Director of Government Examinations or the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Telangana.
    • A National Trade Certificate issued by Government-recognized ITIs.
    • Certificates issued by National Institutes such as the National Institute of Handloom Weaving.
    • Valid technical certificates from the Department of Industries and Commerce.
    • Music (Vocal) certificates from Telugu University or equivalent institutions.

Admission Process

Eligible candidates can download the Admission Card from the official website www.bse.telangana.gov.in. Applications are to be submitted to the respective District Educational Officers (DEOs) of the five mentioned districts starting from April 17, 2025.

The last date for admission is April 29, 2025, and the course will officially begin on May 1, 2025.

Special Instructions for Out-of-State Applicants

Applicants holding academic or technical certificates issued by institutions outside Telangana must obtain prior permission from the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana. They are required to submit their original certificates for verification along with a Residence Certificate issued by the local MRO prior to admission.

Objective of the Training Program

This initiative by the Directorate is a strategic move to develop a skilled cadre of technical instructors who will contribute to vocational education and technical training in the state. It aligns with the state’s vision to strengthen the capacity and quality of technical education in Telangana.
